We partnered with DisasterMap to conduct a flood-risk analysis for a property owner in Mandeville, Louisiana. He was building a new home and used our data-driven analysis to help determine the elevation of the structure. Such analyses consider past storm surge levels, statistical analysis, rate of subsidence and sea-level rise, as well as proximity to the ocean, bays or rivers.
